We work in Pakistan - the world’s sixth most populous country with around 39% of population comprising children. As of 2017 census, Pakistan has 80.4 million children, with 49% of children living in poverty or social exclusion in Pakistan

Muhammad Arif is the Chairman (honorary) of Action for the Rights of Children (ARC).

He has more than 16 years development sector experiences in the field of Program Development and Management (multi-sectoral programs such as Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change Adaptation, livelihood, WASH, Education) , managed large scale Relief Operations (IDPs crises both in war and natural disasters, Camp Management), Cash Transfer Programming, Information Management, Education, WASH with focus on Health & Hygiene, coordination & networking, Capacity building & Organizational Development

Qari Arshad is from Shangla & joined ARC in 2022.

He has more than 8 years development sector with red cross & red crescent society. He is a professional advance First Aid Trainer, delivered more than 100 trainings at schools, project communities and to the district officials. He is presently leading and managing the ARC Shangla Chapter responsible for networking & coordination, project implementation and fundraising. He is a social worker always striving hard to help the vulnerable communities.

Mr. Rehmat Ullah Jan is from Peshawar & joined ARC as Director Operations in 2022.

He has a Master Degree in Business Administration from Preston University Peshawar. He has more than 18 Years vast experience at different parts of Pakistan and Afghanistan with International NGO’s, National NGO’s and Public sector in Planning, Financial Management, Financial Audit, Grants Management, Budgeting ,Budget analysis, Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Human resource, Data analysis ,Survey, Need assessment and Staff Capacity building. he has good knowledge of accounting software SAGA and QuickBooks.
